This website presents SignLayer, a digital-signing platform and a Healiot product. Healiot is responsible for the personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect the details you enter in the form: full name, company, work email, mobile number, what you want to sign, your industry and any message you add. We do not put this information in web addresses.
Why we use it
We use these details only to reply to your request, arrange a demo and talk to you about SignLayer, based on the consent you give in the form.
Documents you sign
This policy covers the website only. Documents and signatures processed by SignLayer deployments are handled under the agreement between Healiot and each customer.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may use service providers, such as the system that stores demo requests, who process it on our behalf and under our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up, then delete them. The exact period will be confirmed before launch.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting us. You can also complain to the relevant data-protection authority in Egypt.
